吴建国1981年生,安徽池州人,博士,教授,博士研究生导师;国家杰出青年基金获得者、优秀青年基金获得者、教育部霍英东基金获得者;获中国农学会青年科技奖、中国植物病理学会青年植物病理学家奖、福建省青年科技奖、福州市青年科技奖、福建省五四青年奖章、严家显最高奖教金、福建农林大学 金山学者拔尖人才。2012年获福建省优秀博士论文二等奖2013年入选福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划; 2014年入选福建省青年拔尖人才。2017福建省新世纪优秀人才计划2018福建省高校领军人才-拔尖人才2010-2016年于北京大学生命科学学院李毅教授和清华大学生命学院戚益军教授实验室从事博士后研究工作,并荣获北京大学-清华大学生命科学联合中心优秀博士后;罗氏优秀博士主要从事水稻抗病毒和病毒致病相关研究,其研究成果在Nature Plants, Molecular PlanteLife, PLoS PathogensMPMI等杂志上发表SCI论文30余篇,5年内文章累计被引用超过1000次。担任中植物病理学会植物与病原互作委员会秘书长中国植物病理学会青年学术委员会副主任Scientific Reports和《激光生物学报》常务编委等。

研究方向和兴趣:

1. 基于RNA沉默的水稻抗病毒和病毒致病机制;

2. Small RNA的跨界(昆虫-病毒-植物-微生物)调控;

3. 病毒与宿主的相互作用以及病毒对宿主发育的影响;

4. 水稻抗病毒资源的筛选和抗病毒基因的克隆;
