    黄晓磊,博士,教授,博士生导师。2014 年入选福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授,2016 年入选福建省特殊支持人才“双百计划”,并是科技部重点领域创新团队“动物进化与系统学创新团队”和“闽台作物害虫生态控制创新团队”核心成员。

    2008年于中国科学院动物研究所获博士学位。20087月至20148月在中国科学院动物研究所工作,分别任助理研究员、副研究员/研究生导师。2011年、2012年分别赴美国农业部系统昆虫学实验室(SEL, USDA)、美国加州大学尔湾分校(University of California, Irvine)访问留学。20148月起在福建农林大学植物保护学院工作。

担任国际生物地理学会(International Biogeography Society)中国协调人、中国昆虫学会青年工作委员会副主任、PeerJSCI期刊)Academic EditorIntegrative ZoologySCI期刊)Communication EditorBiodiversity Data Journal(生物多样性数据期刊)Subject Editor、《生物多样性》编委等。曾担任第九届国际蚜虫学大会秘书长、法国生物多样性研究基金会(French Foundation for Research on Biodiversity)项目评审人、国际生物地理学会会议资助评审人等。

    多年来在昆虫多样性和地理格局、分子系统发育和进化、物种间关系(蚜虫-内共生菌、蚜虫-蚂蚁、蚜虫-寄生蜂等)、生态学数据共享等方面开展了一系列研究,在国内外期刊发表学术论文 48篇,包括 SCI 期刊论文 26篇(第一或通讯作者 17 篇)。主持国家自然科学基金,农业公益性行业科研专项,福建省杰出青年科学基金,中国科学院院长奖科研启动专项等多个项目;作为项目骨干参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、两岸合作项目,科技部基础工作专项,中国科学院重大国际合作项目等。曾获中国昆虫学会青年科学技术奖、美国国务院国际访问者领袖计划、中国科学院院长奖、北京青年优秀科技论文一等奖、福州青年五四奖章等。

黄晓磊实验室长期研究兴趣在于昆虫多样性格局及其生态和进化机制,关注重要农林昆虫类群(如蚜虫、蚧虫);涉及生物多样性、生物地理学、分子系统发育、DNA条形码、生态和进化、生物信息学等多个领域的研究方法。还关注生态学领域一些普遍性问题,从事生物多样性数据共享机制和科学政策、分类学的挑战和机遇等方面的实证研究。与中国科学院、美国农业部、美国加州大学、加拿大蒙特利尔大学、波兰西里西亚大学等单位同事有良好的合作关系。
