我院詹家绥课题组在《Global change biology》等刊物上发表病原菌群体遗传和进化系列研究成果

    近日,我院詹家绥课题组在《Global change biology》(1区,IF = 8.502)上发表题为“Climate change accelerates local disease extinction rates in a long‐term wild host–pathogen association”的论文。除自身生物学特性外,非生物因素对病原菌-寄主互作有重要影响,影响病原菌种群分化、作物病害的严重程度和流行速度;在诸多非生物因素中,温度是决定病原菌种群分化和作物病害爆发的关键因子。近年来,由气候变化引起的农作物病害加剧已经引起了人们的注意;在全球气温变暖的大环境下,研究温度对病原菌生存、繁衍、分布分化的影响尤其重要。病原菌群体遗传与进化研究国际团队通过对生长于瑞典奥兰群岛70多个岛屿旋果蚊子草(Filipendula ulmaria)锈病(Triphragmium ulmarie)近30年的定点连续观察,揭示了在自然条件下植物病害流行的时空变化规律和机理,发现气候变暖是加速该病害灭绝的主导因素。

    据悉,该课题组主要从事群体遗传学、进化生物学、植病流行学、生态农业及植保经济学研究。2018年,该课题组还在国际著名学术杂志Evolutionary Applications,Fungal Genetics and Biology,Pest management science及Frontiers in Plant Science等刊物上发表SCI论文5篇,总影响因子高达30,该系列研究受国家自然科学基金、博士后创新人才计划、国家马铃薯产业体系等项目资助。论文详细信息如下:
